Because our products are made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or ordering the wrong color or product. If your order arrives damaged, defective, printed incorrectly, or you receive the wrong item due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description and clear photos showing the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we'll work with you to make it right. Sizing: please review the sizing information on the product page carefully before placing your order. Because each item is made specifically for you, we can't offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Change of mind: we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or buyer's remorse. Please don't send an item back without contacting us first. If a return is required as part of an approved claim, then we'll tell you exactly what to do.
